Upgrade Content: Anti-DDoS Premium, Anti-DDoS Origin 2.0 (PAYG) and Anti-DDoS Diversion western American region network upgrade
Upgrade Window:
Phase 1, 14:00-19:00 on February 2nd, 2024, GMT+8
Phase 2, 14:00-19:00 on February 6th, 2024, GMT+8
Upgrade Impact: During the upgrade window, western American traffic goes through Anti-DDoS premium, Anti-DDoS Diversion and EIP with Anti-DDoS Enhanced assets in Anti-DDoS Origin 2.0 (PAYG) will happen 2-3 times network jitter. Please ensure that you implement the reconnection and retry mechanism in your services to enhance the fault tolerance of your services. Meanwhile, clients go through Anti-DDoS Diversion western American region will experience packet loss for around 30s, and the mitigation capacity will decline until the upgrade finishes.
