CloudMonitor discontinues the monitoring service for PolarDB (previous version)

Feature changes:
Due to the upgrade of PolarDB, CloudMonitor discontinues the monitoring service for PolarDB (previous version) from 10:00 to 22:00 (UTC+8) on January 20, 2022. The following metrics are involved:
CPU utilization (instance_cpu_utilization)
Memory usage (instance_memory_utilization)
Connection utilization (instance_connection_utilization)
Inbound bandwidth (instance_input_bandwidth)
Outbound bandwidth (instance_output_bandwidth)

Scope of impact:
Users who use CloudMonitor to monitor PolarDB based on the preceding metrics.

Description:
The data of the preceding metrics cannot be obtained. The status of the relevant alert rules changes to "Insufficient data."

Solutions:
1. Delete the alert rules that are configured for the preceding metrics.
2. Make sure that you do not use the preceding metrics when you call API operations.
