Changes: The service level agreement of Alibaba Cloud Express Connect is revised and will be effective on September 30, 2023. Major updates are as follows:

1. The Monthly Uptime Percentage is updated according to different connection modes. We will use commercially reasonable endeavors to provide a Monthly Uptime Percentage of no less than (a) 99.99% (for multiple access points connection and each access point has multi-line connection) and (b) 99.95% (for multiple access points connection and each access point has single-line connection) each billing month in connection with your use of Express Connect. The Service Credit Percentages for such different connection modes will also be adjusted accordingly.

2. The usage condition of the Service Credit is updated. The Service Credit must be used within one (1) month from the date the Service Credit is made available for you to use.
