【Exception (Restored)】Alibaba Cloud Hong Kong region network access exception

From 15:45 on July 11, 2022, Beijing time, Alibaba cloud had monitored abnormal network access in Hong Kong. After urgent troubleshooting conducted by Alibaba Cloud engineers, it is preliminarily confirmed that the abnormal access was caused by abnormal links of ISP. Alibaba Cloud had reported the issue to the ISP immediately. The issue was solved at 16:07 on July 11, 2022, Beijing time. Please check the business recovery status from your end.
