Upgrade description: The databases of Key Management Service (KMS) that reside in the following regions are upgraded: China (Shanghai), China (Shenzhen), China (Qingdao), China (Beijing), China (Hong Kong), Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur), UAE (Dubai), Australia (Sydney), US (Virginia), and US (Silicon Valley).
Impacts: During the upgrade window, exceptions may occur when you access KMS and the KMS console. The duration of an exception does not exceed 30 seconds. We recommend that you configure a fault tolerance and retry mechanism on your client.
We recommend that you do not manage KMS resources in the KMS console during the upgrade window. If access fails, try again after the upgrade is complete.
