Alibaba Cloud Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) Payment Method Go Live

The Alibaba Cloud Malaysia Ringgit (MYR) payment method has officially gone live at 17:00 on October 9, 2019, Beijing time. New customers who register in Malaysia will experience the following changes:
1) When registering, you will enter into the Alibaba Cloud International Website Online Terms (including without limitation the Alibaba Cloud International Website Membership Agreement, Privacy Policy, Product Terms and Terms of Use) with ALIBABA CLOUD (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD.
2) Alibaba Cloud Resellers can upload relevant tax-free qualification certificates, and after being approved by Alibaba Cloud, they can obtain tax-free qualifications. New orders and Pay-As-You-Go fee will not be taxed.
3) You can use VISA and MasterCard credit and debit cards to pay in MYR. Alibaba Cloud currently uses the exchange rate KUALA LUMPUR USD/MYR REFERENCE RATE as defined by Bank Negara Malaysia (http://www.bnm.gov.my/index.php?ch=statistic&pg=kualalumpurusdmyrreferencerate) at the time of payment.
4) The invoice will be issued by ALIBABA CLOUD (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD, and the invoice currency will be in MYR.
