RDS for MySQL Backup Function Upgrade

Upgrade window: March 15, 2019 00:00 China Standard Time (UTC+8) thru April 15, 2019 24:00 China Standard Time (UTC+8)
Upgrade content: To upgrade the backup function of RDS for MySQL. After the upgrade, the backup time will be changed to random within 24 hours of a day. Meanwhile, the backup format of RDS for MySQL 5.6 will be changed one by one to improve the backup efficiency. The newly created instance will use the new backup format by default, and the OSS storage space will increase. Please pay attention to the backup usage and OSS storage space.
Impact of the upgrade: During the upgrade, there will be no impact on your RDS instance, please feel free to use it. When downloading a backup set after upgrading, you need to check the documentation in advance for compatibility.
