Alibaba Cloud will be making changes to Service Level Agreement ("SLA") for ApsaraDB RDS for MySQL/PostgreSQL/MariaDB/SQL Server ("ApsaraDB RDS"), relating to coverage of Basic Edition and Cluster Edition of ApsaraDB RDS and changes to the scope of the exclusions. In accordance with the terms of our Service Level Agreement, we are notifying you that the changes will take effect on March 1, 2024 for existing ApsaraDB RDS contracts in force beyond such date. For new purchases or renewals of the ApsaraDB RDS on or after the date of this announcement, the revised Service Level Agreement will apply.
