Upgrade content: Upgrade of Smart Access Gateway backend services.
Impact of the upgrade:
During the upgrade period, there will be 2 to 4 interruptions in the network services of Smart Access Gateway and the APP. Each interruption is expected to last for less than 30 seconds, and service will be restored promptly.
We recommend that you make necessary preparations for potential network service interruptions of your Smart Access Gateway (including the App). If your business operations require continuous connectivity, we advise you to have alternative network connection methods in place ahead of time.
