Alibaba Cloud International Site Payment System Upgrade Notice

Dear Customers,
Alibaba Cloud will upgrade our payment and billing systems during Jan. 15th to Jan. 25th (UTC+8). The upgrade is designed to give our customers a more efficient payment and billing experience. During the upgrade process, Alibaba Cloud will charge the unsettled Pay-As-You-Go fee immediately. Beyond this, the system upgrade process will not impact you.
If the Pay-As-You-Go charge fails, your account will become overdue, all the service will keep running for 15 days as normal, but you are not allowed to purchase new order. If this occurs, confirm the validity of your default payment method and log on to the Console and manually process the Pay-As-You-Go bill to restore your account status as the following guide shows. Also, you can wait for the system to automatically initiate a charge after 7 days.
