Payment with China-Issued Bank Cards Now Available for Alibaba Cloud Users

Starting from 23 December 2019, Alibaba Cloud users can now settle payments with bank cards issued by Mainland China banks (China Bank Card). Bank cards with a VISA, MasterCard, American Express, or JCB logo, with or without a UnionPay logo, are supported, but bank cards with only a UnionPay logo are not supported.
This feature will be made available to all users sequentially, from country (region) to country (region), starting from Malaysia and Japan. The rollout process will take 2 months, and all users will have access to this feature by March 2020. Alibaba Cloud will still charge your China Bank Card in USD. New cards can be added either during registration or on your Billing Management - Payment Method page.
