Alibaba Cloud Prepayment Balance Is Now Live

We are delighted to inform you that there's now a brand-new payment method called Prepayment Balance available on Alibaba Cloud now.
Prepayment Balance is a prepayment method that Alibaba Cloud provides to facilitate your online transactions for pre-identified Alibaba Cloud products. The method supports fund management and spending.
Currently, you can deposit your Prepayment Balance through a bank transfer. To facilitate the transfer, Alibaba Cloud allows you to fill in and download the payment request form on the page for credit deposit. You can make the bank transfer based on the information that is listed in the request form.

The Prepayment Balance payment method will be made available to customers sequentially from December 30, 2019, starting with customers who enter into contract with Alibaba Cloud (India) LLP. We will provide this payment method to customers from all other regions soon.
Note that, due to Citibank's different policies in different countries or regions, the virtual bank account function is currently not available to users who:
1) Has indicated during account registration process as a resident in Europe.
2) Registered before July 29, 2019 and has indicated during account registration process as a resident in India.
3) Registered before October 9, 2019 and has indicated during account registration process as a resident in Malaysia.
If you are one of these users, we provide you with the general collection account of Alibaba Cloud. After your remittance is received, you need to open a ticket and contact Customer Services to identify the remittance.
